Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026Last updated: October 6, 2026
Arsdeep Singh, operating as Elite Mark ("Elite Mark," "we," "us") operates elitemark.ai and builds AI-powered call and lead handling systems for landscaping companies. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to elitemark.ai, people who book or attend a call with us, and people who contact us.
Our AI agents also handle calls, texts and web inquiries on behalf of our clients. In that work, our client decides why and how your information is used, and we act as its service provider. The client's own privacy policy governs that information. If you contacted a landscaping company and have a question about your data, please contact that company first.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name, answers to our booking questions (such as project value and call volume), and anything you write in messages to us.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from client systems. When our agents handle inbound contacts for a client, we process caller and lead details, call audio, recordings, transcripts, text messages, form submissions and appointment details. We process this information only to provide services to that client.
3. How we use information
- To schedule and run strategy calls and respond to your inquiries.
- To provide, maintain and improve our website and services.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To send follow-up messages about our services, where the law allows and you have not opted out.
- To keep our systems secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Calls and recordings
Calls handled by our AI agents may be recorded and transcribed on behalf of our clients. Agents are configured to identify themselves as AI and to give a recording notice at the start of the call where the law requires. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the agent or end the call.
5. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and consent, we send appointment reminders and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, measure traffic and understand which pages help visitors. At the moment the site uses only the cookies needed to run it, plus those set by our booking calendar provider, Cal.com, when you open the booking page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and where required we ask for your consent through a cookie banner. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, calendar and scheduling, CRM, email and SMS delivery, telephony, analytics, and AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us under written terms.
- Our clients, when the information was collected by an agent working on their behalf.
- Authorities and advisers, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, sale or reorganization.
8. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Website and booking data is kept for 24 months. Data processed for clients is kept as the client instructs and then deleted or returned under our agreement with them.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of Canada, California and other US states with privacy laws, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and India have rights under the laws that apply to them.
To use any of these rights, email partner@elitemark.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time the law requires. You will not receive worse service for exercising your rights. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact your local data protection authority.
11. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in Canada, the United States, India and other countries that may have different data protection laws from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we give additional notice where the law requires.
